Andy has spent more than 30 years in the international telecommunications industry with four major worldwide telecom service providers. He has managed successful marketing and sales teams that have consistently exceeded target goals and objectives through the application of innovative and entrepreneurial methods to serve Fortune 100 enterprises.

Andy has traveled throughout the world on telecom projects. His efforts have resulted in generating revenues in the $200M to $400M range, with significant contribution to net income and shareowner value.

Andy is an accomplished engineer, holding several patents, and providing subject matter expertise for subsea, terrestrial and wireless technologies, including specialized expertise in the emerging Low Earth Orbit technology.

Andy directs GBS’ HUBZone marketing and sales program. The objective of the HUBZone program is to fuel small business growth in historically underutilized business zones with a goal of awarding at least 3% of federal contract dollars to HUBZone-certified companies each year.
