Steve has a range of extensive experience in telecommunications and provides GBS with strategic business guidance on strategic plans and programs focused on the U.S. Government (USG) and commercial Information Technology (IT) market, influencing development from inception to successful implementation.

Steve brings to GBS the unique capability of interfacing with Alaskan Native Corporations and Native Village Corporations in developing IT businesses for the purpose of working with USG Government Agencies and other Federal Contractors.
